This isn't a support role where you wait for tasks to be assigned; we're looking for someone who takes initiative, thinks independently, and owns their domain. As Echonet Services grows, so will your scope with a clear path to leading and shaping the technical direction of the entire VoIP function.

- DNL / DID Management number provisioning and allocation
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day operation and monitoring of VoIP infrastructure, including SIP trunks, softswitches (ConnexCS), and PBX systems (Asterisk/VICIdial)
- Support NOC operations monitor call quality metrics (ASR, ACD, PDD), respond to alerts, and escalate incidents in a timely manner
- Help configure and test interconnects between internal and external VoIP systems and carrier partners
- Assist with DID/DNL provisioning, number management, and routing table updates in ConnexCS
- Support the creation and maintenance of rate cards, provider billing setups, and cost analysis
- Troubleshoot call failures, audio issues, codec mismatches, NAT problems, and SIP signaling errors
- Work alongside senior engineers on load balancing, carrier redundancy, and traffic failover configurations
- Support ISP-level connectivity troubleshooting latency, jitter, packet loss, and QoS tuning for voice traffic
- Maintain technical documentation for configurations, carrier agreements, test results, and incident logs
- Support VICIdial campaign setup, dialer configuration, and call center platform management
- Learn and apply compliance standards relevant to VoIP, including STIR/SHAKEN, DNC, and PTA/PSEB regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, IT, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience
- Atleast 1-3 years of handson experience on the ConnexCS or any other switch.
- Good understanding of SIP, RTP, and VoIP call flows or a strong eagerness to learn rapidly
- Familiarity with Linux command line (used for Asterisk, VICIdial, and log analysis)
- Exposure to any softswitch, dialer, or NOC platform is a plus (ConnexCS, VICIdial, FreePBX, etc.)
- Analytical mindset able to read SIP traces, interpret error codes, and follow call logs
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-based technical environment
- Interest in networking, carrier relationships, or the international telecom industry
