Location: Clifton, Karachi
Salary + Commission
Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in spoken English.
• Preference for candidates from minority communities (e.g., Christian or others).
• Aptitude or keen interest in jewelry designing.
• Previous experience in retail or store management will be considered a strong plus.
• Customer Experience from Hotel Industry can also apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Oversee inventory management, sales tracking, and customer service.
• Lead and motivate store staff, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Assist customers with product selection, particularly jewelry.
• Contribute creative ideas for jewelry designing and store displays.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize commission opportunities.
