• Identify and jump on trends to ensure our brand is operating at the speed of culture

• Researching trends and tactics for retention against Instagram algorithm

• Analyzing and reviewing video stats, data and analytics after posting content (so we can see what's working and what isn't)

• Create large volumes of short-form content and quickly responding to new trends

• Utilize raw footage to assemble rough and final edits, Input music, captions, brand b-roll, graphics and effects as needed

The Requirements Of This Role...

THE MINIMUM: Create 30-40 Instagram Reels Per Month

NEED: Expert in post-production software a MUST (Capcut, Premier Pro, After Effects)

MUST: An EXPERT in retention editing

A BIG PLUS: If you have built Instagram, TikTok or YouTube Short pages with an average view volume of 20k+ views per video

WOULD BE GREAT: Experienced in After Effects creating basic animations/ effects is highly desirable

MUST HAVE: An unyielding thirst to create reels

A LOVE: For all things social and viral (Top 5 creators in the space)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: They have exceptional attention to detail and be open to feedback throughout the creative process

GOES WITHOUT SAYING: Expert-level experience with social media content creation
