Warehouse Head - Aurangabad

India

Position - Spare Parts Department Head

Reporting To - General Manager Service

Work Location - Ch. Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) City (MIDC, Chikalthana Area)

Years of Experience 5 - 12 years

Qualification  Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering,

Automobile Engineering, or Supply Chain Management

 Preferred: MBA or PG Diploma in Operations / Logistics / Inventory

Management Certifications:

 Inventory Control (e.g., CPIM – Certified in Production and Inventory Management)

 ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, or automotive- specific platforms)

 BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau)

 Industry 4.0 or Smart Factory Operations (optional but highly valued)

Shift Timings - Monday to Saturday – 9.00 am to 6.00pm

Week Off - All Sunday

Requisites (Core competencies / Skills)

Key Objectives of the Role

To lead and digitize the spare parts function across multiple service workshops, ensuring real-time

inventory visibility, predictive planning, and seamless coordination with service teams. The role demands

deep domain expertise, strong leadership, and fluency in modern data tools and Industry 4.0 systems.

Core Competencies Required

Inventory Strategy & Optimization

 Expertise in multi-location inventory planning

 Familiarity with ABC/FSN analysis, safety stock modelling, and reorder point logic

 Ability to balance availability vs. cost across thousands of SKUs

Data Analytics & BI Fluency

 Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, data modelling)

 BI tools like Power BI or Tableau for dashboarding and consumption analysis

 Ability to derive actionable insights from service data, stock movement, and demand trends ERP & Systems Integration

 Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or automotive-specific systems)

 Ability to design and implement digital workflows for parts ordering, tracking, and billing

 Understanding of system interoperability across service, finance, and procurement

Industry 4.0 & Automation Awareness

 Familiarity with RFID/barcoding, IoT-enabled inventory tracking, and predictive analytics

 Exposure to smart warehouse practices and digital transformation initiatives

 Ability to evaluate and implement tech upgrades for operational efficiency

Team Leadership & Multi-Location Coordination

 Proven ability to lead and mentor spare parts managers across workshops

 Strong delegation, SOP enforcement, and performance monitoring

 Experience in building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

OEM & Vendor Relationship Management

 Skilled in coordinating with JCB, Mahindra, and other suppliers for timely procurement

 Handling warranty returns, special orders, and vendor negotiations

 Ensuring compliance with OEM standards and documentation protocols Service Alignment & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
