Warehouse Manager

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, stock control, dispatch and shipping.
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff: recruitment, training, performance monitoring and development.
• Implement, monitor and improve warehouse procedures and protocols to ensure efficient operations and high quality service.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
• Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization and material flow to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security and regulatory requirements within the warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with other departments (logistics, procurement, transport, customer service) to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of orders.
• Prepare and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), reports and dashboards for senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in warehouse/operations management (preferably in UAE/GCC).
• Proven experience managing teams in a warehouse setting.
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse management systems - ERP and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of health & safety regulations and best practices in warehousing.
• Valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
