Warehouse Manager

What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

You will be the leader for the strategic and daily operations of our fulfillment centers. Your primary goal is to uphold our promise to customers by establishing the highest standards for safety, quality, and high-speed productivity. This involves driving operational excellence through:

  • Comprehensive oversight of the facility workflow, from managing inbound receiving processes to coordinating hyper-local outbound dispatch.
  • Analyzing real-time performance data to optimize labor deployment and consistently achieve ambitious delivery targets.
  • Spearheading large-scale process improvement initiatives to effectively scale operations throughout.

Leadership and Management

You will lead a team of Assistant Managers and warehouse associates, who are collectively responsible for fulfilling B2B orders. Your key supervisory duties include:

  • Ensuring your team is properly trained and equipped, addressing their needs so they can maintain focus on their core responsibilities.
  • Mentoring junior leadership and cultivating a high-performance culture that values speed and precision.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Proven direct management experience, including responsibility for employee performance.
  • Flexibility to regularly work weekends and/or overnight shifts.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement methodologies, or Lean techniques (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Experience in a high-volume setting such as retail, e-commerce, or logistics.
  • Extensive experience with defining, implementing, and managing performance metrics and process improvement strategies.
  • Exceptional ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a large, diverse team in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical capability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable operational strategies.
