Your ‘day to day’

Sustainability: Ensure EHS compliance, promote safety culture, conduct audits, implement corrective actions.

Quality: Maintain 100% stock accuracy (AIR readiness), prevent non-conformities, stanfardize work processes, lead quality inprovement intiatives.

Delivery: Guarantee on-timeshipments and reolenishment, manage 3PL performance, monitor KPIs, optimize product handling.

Cost: Own and track budget, lead productivity initiatives, optimize capacity and resource utilizations, eliminate losses.

Morale: Build autonomous teams, coach for skill development, fosterengagement and ownership.

Continuous Improvement: Deploy RTT/Open+ tools, lead pillar activities, implement standard work processes.

Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory and PMI standards across all operations.

Who we’re looking for

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics/MBA

WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3-4 years in Operations or Supply Chain, including people management, FMCG experience is a must.

Project management experience is a plus.

Languages: English - fluent, local language - fluent

Functional Skills

• MS Office Suite
• ERPSystems: SAP, LES/MES, IMEL
• Digital mindset: proficiency in Power BI and data analytics preferred
• Operational Excellence: OPEN+/RTT methodology preferred
• 3rd-party team management and legal/regulatory compliance
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
