The Warranty Administrator will prepare, record and submit warranty claims to the factory and/or distributor and reconciling accordingly.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Process warranty claims for each dealership within the region
  • Work with Parts and Service teams to verify information and seek out missing information on warranty to submit claim
  • Create warranty claims from work orders
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of SRT times and OEM products
  • Track warranty parts through final claim resolution
  • Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Warranty or Service experience in a heavy-duty truck dealership
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong typing skills, and ability to learn new programs
  • Mechanical knowledge and understanding of terminology
