Role Overview

We're looking for professionals interested in contributing to our ecommerce website portal, which serves the US, Canada, UK, and UAE markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Website data management
• Update Inventory and shipment on our web portal
• Selling experience on online channels (preferred)
• Product listing on our website and competitor analysis
• Resolve customer queries professionally on-time

Qualification, Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently
• Research-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work to meet all deadlines
• Must be a team player
