Website Growth & Lead Generation Manager (SEO, Content & WordPress)

We help entrepreneurs, investors, and companies expand internationally through business acquisition, investment opportunities, and global business setup.

Our website is a key growth channel, and we are looking for a highly capable Website Growth Manager who can turn the website into a 24/7 lead generation engine.

Role Overview

We are looking for a full-stack website operator who treats the website like a real business asset.

This role is similar to managing a store that is open 24 hours a day.
The website must constantly grow, attract visitors, build relationships, and generate qualified leads.

You will be responsible for content, SEO, growth strategy, lead funnels, and ongoing website development.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management

• Manage and update the website on a daily basis
• Create and optimize service pages, landing pages, and blog articles
• Improve website structure and user experience

SEO & Organic Growth

• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize pages for search engines (on-page SEO)
• Implement internal linking and SEO growth strategies
• Improve search rankings and organic traffic

Content Strategy

• Plan and publish high-quality content regularly
• Create SEO-focused blog posts and landing pages
• Maintain a content calendar and publishing schedule

Lead Generation

• Build and optimize lead capture forms
• Create conversion-focused landing pages
• Improve conversion rates and user journeys
• Integrate website leads with CRM systems

Email Marketing & Newsletters

• Build and manage email lists
• Create and send newsletters
• Design lead nurturing campaigns

Website Development & Operations

• Manage the website using WordPress
• Add new sections and pages when needed
• Coordinate with remote developers for technical tasks
• Improve website performance and functionality

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor website traffic and performance
• Track user behavior and lead generation metrics
• Provide regular growth and performance reports

Required Skills

We are looking for someone who can fully own the website, not just one part of it.

Required skills include:

• Strong experience with WordPress
• Strong understanding of SEO
• Content writing and content strategy skills
• Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools
• Experience with email marketing platforms
• Ability to manage remote freelancers or developers
