Job Summary
Vinos El Gallito LLC (Branch 5) is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Wine Sales Coordinator to support daily sales operations and enhance client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wines, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate between sales teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth transactions and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily wine sales activities for Branch 5
• Maintain and update customer accounts, orders, and sales records
• Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, invoices, and product recommendations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and suppliers
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure product availability
• Organize wine tastings, promotional events, and client meetings
• Stay updated on wine products, regions, vintages, and industry trends
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups in a professional manner
• Prepare sales reports and performance summaries for management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably in the wine, beverage, or hospitality industry
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of wines (varietals, regions, food pairing)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales/inventory systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Skills

• Certification in wine studies (e.g., WSET) is an advantage
• Experience in event coordination or client servicing
• Multilingual skills are a plus

Working Conditions

• Based in Al Wakrah, with occasional travel for events or client visits
• May require flexible hours, including evenings or weekends for promotions and tastings
