Falcons Soft LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Software Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales team in driving software product adoption and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process from lead generation to closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in managing leads, prospects, and client accounts
  • Coordinate software product demonstrations and client presentations
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contract documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely responses and relationship management
  • Support marketing and sales campaigns to generate new business opportunities
  • Liaise with technical teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or software sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of software products and IT solutions
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
