Job Description:
Job Purpose
The Women Economic Empowerment (WEE) Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring activities aimed at improving women’s economic participation, livelihoods, entrepreneurship, and access to financial resources. The position ensures quality delivery of project interventions, achievement of targets, and compliance with donor and organizational policies.

SCF has a staff Code of Conduct and a Child Protection Policy which have been developed to ensure the maximum protection of program participants from exploitation and to clarify the responsibilities of SCF staff, consultants, visitors to the program and partner organizations, and the standards of behavior expected from them. In this context staff have the responsibility to the organization to strive for, and maintain, the highest standard in day-to-day conduct in their workplace in accordance with SCF’s core values and mission.
Any candidate offered a job with SCF will be expected to sign the Child Safeguarding/Protection Policy and the Code of Conduct as an appendix to their contract employment.
Any breach of Code of Conduct or the Child Protection Policy by employees of SCF during the course of their employment will result in disciplinary action up to, and including dismissal.
