Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute data-driven content calendars aligned with audience interests and trending themes
• Coordinate video topics that balance brand objectives with viewer demand
• Implement innovative content strategies to maximize viewer engagement and retention

Video Optimization & Publishing

• Upload videos with fully optimized metadata (titles, descriptions, tags) using advanced SEO techniques
• Create thumbnails that drive click-through rates and align with audience preferences
• Ensure all content follows YouTube's community guidelines while maximizing discoverability

Community Building & Engagement

• Foster an active community through prompt comment responses and interactive polls
• Implement subscriber growth strategies that convert viewers into loyal followers
• Maintain community standards while encouraging genuine engagement

Performance Analytics & Growth

• Analyze YouTube Analytics to track watch time, CTR, and engagement metrics
• Generate actionable insights and implement data-driven improvements
• Adapt strategies based on algorithm updates and performance data

Collaboration & Leadership

• Coordinate with video editors, scriptwriters, and cross-functional teams
• Manage production schedules and ensure brand consistency across content
• Oversee multiple projects while maintaining quality standards

What You Bring: Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years YouTube platform and algorithm expertise with proven channel growth results
• Demonstrated success with video SEO and digital marketing strategies
• Graphic design proficiency (Canva, Photoshop or similar tools)
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar software)
• Experience with project management tools (Trello, Slack, Notion)
• Night shift availability (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex performance data
• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
