Required Skills:

Zoho certified professionals preferred.

Hands-on experience working with a Zoho Authorized Partner, with exposure to real-world client implementations and delivery

Strong functional understanding of HR processes recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, performance, and compliance grounded in practical business realities.

Solution-oriented mindset ability to listen beyond the brief, diagnose root causes, and design scalable, future-ready HR solutions

Experience in customization and automation using Deluge, forms, workflows, approvals, and integrations

Ability to work closely with stakeholders (HR Heads,etc ) and articulate solutions in simple, non-technical language

Understanding of data integrity, controls, and compliance, especially in payroll and statutory contexts

Experience in UAT support, documentation, training, and post-go-live handholding, ensuring smooth adoption

A mindset rooted in ownership and accountability- someone who treats every implementation as a long-term partnership, not a one-time project
