Zone Landscape Specialist
Salary/Position Classification
Purpose of Position
The Zone Landscape/Grounds Specialist is primarily responsible for performing general labor and landscape work. This position will also oversee temporary, seasonal and/or institutional helpers to ensure proper care of the University’s Grounds and Landscaping.
Zone Landscape/Grounds specialists are also responsible for seasonal work such as snow removal, general maintenance to equipment and buildings, as well as assisting trades and building services.
All Facilities Management positions are subject to callbacks twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.

Minimum Requirements
In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the US and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. This position does not support visa sponsorship for continued employment.

Veteran’s Preference
