موظف تسويق (Marketing Officer)

Job Objective:
Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, attract target customers, and drive subscription growth and sales aligned with the startup’s objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement monthly and quarterly marketing plans.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Create compelling marketing content (copy, images, videos); ability to produce content independently is highly preferred.
  • Manage social media accounts, monitor engagement, and grow audience reach.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Propose innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and improve user experience.
  • Support public relations activities and email marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-year experience in digital marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Practical knowledge of analytics and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong content creation and persuasive copywriting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with proactive initiative.
  • Prior experience in fast-paced or startup environments preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
