Key Responsibilities:


Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for all business activities with Lulu & Nesto, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at both store and regional management levels.


Strategic Business Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive joint business plans (JBPs) that align with company objectives and drive mutual growth.


Sales Target Achievement: Be fully accountable for achieving and exceeding agreed-upon sales targets (Sell-In) and sell-through targets (Sell-Out) for the assigned accounts.


Sales & Operations: Manage the entire sales process, including forecasting, inventory management, order processing, and ensuring product availability aligned with demand.


Market Share Growth: Devise and execute in-store merchandising, promotions, and marketing initiatives to boost brand presence, drive footfall, and increase sell-out performance.


Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior within the key accounts. Provide insightful feedback and recommendations to internal teams (Marketing, Product) to sharpen our competitive edge.


Collaboration: Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, including trade marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure flawless execution and support for the accounts.


Qualifications and Experience:


Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven key account management or sales experience, preferably within the FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or Mobile Phone industry.


Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the mobile phone industry, including product life cycles, market trends, and the retail landscape in the GCC, specifically Saudi Arabia.


Retail Channel Expertise: Prior experience working with or managing large modern trade hypermarkets (like Lulu, Nesto, Carrefour, etc.) is highly desirable.


Communication Skills: Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.


Negotiation & Relationship Building: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.


Results-Oriented: A strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive environment.


Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, strategic thinker, excellent problem-solver, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
