Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online presence, driving traffic to our e-commerce platforms, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, e-commerce best practices, and a passion for leveraging data to improve performance.

Duties

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings.
  • Utilize SEO tools for keyword research and performance tracking to optimize content.
  • Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook Advertising.
  • Create engaging content for product descriptions, blog posts, and email marketing campaigns that drive conversions.
  • Analyze website traffic using Google Analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing and performance marketing techniques.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Maintain the e-commerce website using WordPress, ensuring all content is up-to-date and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Conduct email marketing campaigns utilizing marketing automation tools to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Monitor paid advertising efforts through Google Ads, SEM, and Google AdWords to maximize ROI.
  • Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL as needed for website updates and enhancements.
  • Manage content within content management systems (CMS) to ensure a seamless user experience.

Experience
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools, social media management platforms, Google Analytics, and email marketing software.
  • Strong understanding of conversion optimization techniques and performance marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing approaches is a plus.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Experience in graphic design or familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial.
