HR Manager

We're hiring an HR Manager, and this isn't a "post a job, fill a seat" role.

Noyan Digital is scaling fast as an Amazon Verified Ads Agency, and we need someone to build the people engine behind that growth.

This is an office-based job opportunity in Jhelum City. Candidates from nearby areas such as Dina, Kharian, and Sarai Alamgir are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruiting – attract and hire A-players
• Onboarding that gets new hires winning by week one
• Culture, performance reviews, and team rituals
• Payroll, attendance, and day-to-day HR operations

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in HR or recruitment (agency/tech experience is a plus)
• People-first, organized, and process-driven
• Confident communicator in both English and Urdu
• Ability to hire quickly without compromising quality
