Client Introduction:
In this role, you will collaborate closely with one of our esteemed clients—a globally recognized leader in their industry, distinguished by their commitment to excellence, innovation, and delivering exceptional value. As a trusted IT consulting partner, Dautom is supporting their strategic initiatives by connecting them with exceptional talent to drive business growth and transformation.
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Senior Full Stack Engineering Lead who can lead engineering teams and work on scalable, cloud-based applications.

- Work Location: Qatar
- Employment Type: 3-6 months extendable
- Notice period: 30 days maximum
🔹 Technical Skills
Full Stack Development
- Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python
- React and Next.js
- REST APIs, GraphQL and event-driven architecture
- Microservices and modular architecture
- SQL & NoSQL databases
- Data modelling and query optimisation
Cloud & DevOps
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Azure DevOps
- Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform or Pulumi
- Docker & Kubernetes
- Blue-green and canary deployment strategies
- Strong expertise in AWS, Azure or GCP
- Working knowledge of the other major cloud platforms
Observability & Reliability
- Logging, metrics and distributed tracing
- Alerting and monitoring
- SLOs and service reliability
- Incident management and production support
Experience
- 10+ years engineering, including 3+ years leading teams
- Client-facing or consulting delivery experience preferred
- Exposure to regulated or government-sector engagements is a plus
- Pre-sales exposure: solutioning, estimation, proposal support
