Role Overview

The Abu Dhabi Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties across the capital. This role is ideal for driven individuals who are eager to build a successful career in a competitive and rewarding industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries and provide accurate information on available properties
• Conduct property viewings and present listings professionally
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Build and maintain a strong client network through proactive outreach
• Maintain CRM records and follow up consistently with leads
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
• Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Professional appearance and a client-focused attitude
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred)
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
