Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee all financial and accounting operations for our retail business. The ideal candidate will manage financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, and ensure compliance with accounting standards while supporting business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to support business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and internal financial policies.
  • Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and management to resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management for decision-making.
  • Support retail operations with sales reconciliation, inventory valuation, and cost control.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Team leadership experience is a plus.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Candidates with retail or luxury goods experience.
  • Available to join immediately.
  • Experience in GCC region is an advantage.
