Location: Pune
Work Days: Monday – Saturday

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in our office. The ideal candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented, and possess strong administrative and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general office operations and supply inventory
  • Handle correspondence including emails, phone calls, and documentation
  • Maintain records, organize files, and perform accurate data entry
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and assist with travel arrangements
  • Support HR tasks like attendance tracking, leave management, and onboarding
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant office environment
  • Assist management with various administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent qualification)
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration or similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
