Key Responsibilities
1. HR & Administration (Primary Focus — approx. 70%)

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Dubai-based hires: posting job requirements, CV screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, probation management, and offboarding procedures

Handle all employee work visa processes: MOHRE labor registration, ICA/GDRFA visa applications, company health insurance enrollment, medical fitness tests, Emirates ID applications and renewals

Manage employment contracts (drafting, renewal, amendments), attendance tracking, HR file maintenance, and labor law compliance monitoring

Operate the UAE Wages Protection System (WPS) to ensure timely and compliant payroll processing, including SIF file generation, bank submission coordination, and payroll reporting

Oversee daily office administration: document and license management, government liaison (MOHRE, DET, Economic Department, etc.), premises and facilities coordination, and record-keeping

Support company license renewals, trade license maintenance, and government filings to ensure continuous operational compliance

Handle other administrative tasks as assigned by management to ensure smooth company operations
2. Business Support (Progressive Involvement — approx. 30%)

Assist in local market promotion activities, including brand exposure, client events, and IB (Introducing Broker) partner recruitment in Dubai

Support business communication and relationship maintenance with local partners (IB agents, traffic channels, financial institutions), including basic negotiation facilitation

Follow up on potential clients and existing channel partners; assist with business data compilation, meeting records, and partner profile management

Provide localized market insights and operational support to the business development and marketing teams, leveraging local networks
Requirements
Essential Requirements

Currently based in Dubai (UAE-based) with the ability to start quickly; holding a valid work visa or eligible to obtain one

Solid knowledge of UAE labor law and HR processes; proven hands-on experience with MOHRE registration, work visa applications, and WPS payroll compliance

Ability to independently operate the UAE WPS system, process SIF files, complete payroll calculations, and submit payroll reports

Familiarity with UAE government authorities (MOHRE, ICA/GDRFA, DET, Economic Department, etc.) and experience in government liaison

Detail-oriented, responsible, and execution-driven; capable of managing multiple administrative tasks simultaneously

Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written); able to work comfortably in a bilingual, multicultural environment
Preferred Qualifications

Basic experience in marketing, BD/business development, or client relationship management; willingness and potential to transition into business support roles

Arabic language ability (spoken and/or written) is a strong plus for government and local partner communications

Prior HR/admin experience in financial services, CFD/FX brokerage, or FinTech companies strongly preferred

Familiarity with DIFC/ADGM free zone company incorporation and operational requirements is a plus

Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
