Tekboox BPO company urgently looking to hire Admin Officer to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day administrative and office operations.
  • Supervise support staff, office boys, drivers, and other administrative personnel.
  • Maintain office records, files, attendance, and official documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and local labor laws.
  • Coordinate with vendors, landlords, and service providers for office supplies, utilities, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Manage office assets, inventory, and facility upkeep.
  • Support HR in administrative coordination, onboarding documentation, and employee records.
  • Prepare administrative reports and assist management as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
  • Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information.
