Amin Executive - Hospitality

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all administrative and clerical tasks within the hotel office.
  • Maintain and organize records, reports, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with HR, finance, and operations departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage staff attendance, leave records, and duty rosters.
  • Oversee procurement and inventory of office and housekeeping supplies.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and guest requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and hotel standards.
  • Handle basic accounts or petty cash (if assigned).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of administrative experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and administrative software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
