Appointment Setter Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter Agent with strong communication skills and the ability to engage clients professionally. The role involves reaching out to prospective clients, scheduling qualified appointments, and ensuring smooth coordination with the sales team. Candidates with data research and web scraping experience will be given additional preference, as this skill contributes to identifying high-quality leads and optimizing outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to prospects and introduce products/services.
• Generate and qualify leads while maintaining an updated client database.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure accurate follow-ups.
• Contribute to lead generation strategies; scraping or data extraction experience will be considered an asset.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) with a clear, neutral accent.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle client objections confidently.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
• Familiarity with lead generation techniques, scraping tools, or data mining will be a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in appointment setting, telesales, or customer engagement is preferred.

Training & Evaluation:

• 1-week product training and evaluation period will be provided.

Salary Package:

• Competitive salary: 60,000 PKR – 80,000 PKR (based on performance and experience).
