Assistant HR – Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment: job postings, shortlisting, interview scheduling, onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll preparation.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and HR policy implementation.
  • Handle employee queries and ensure smooth HR operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
