Position: Assistant Manager - Administration

Location: Pune (Viman Nagar) – Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operations of various administrative functions, especially facility management including but not limited to Housekeeping, Security, , and vendor management.
  • Manage housekeeping and security functions
  • Ensure zero downtime of facility by being proactive in necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Oversee daily cafeteria operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and scheduling to maintain a well-functioning team.
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage purchasing to optimize cost-efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Address employee feedback and concerns to improve service and dining experience.
  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets and financial reports.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support special events and catering needs.
  • Experience in the supervision and management of staff, delegating tasks and ensuring their productivity.
  • Assist with the implementation of administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide support in hosting visits of GlobalStep personnel from other offices, Clients and guests both domestic and globally to our offices
  • Work with Admin Manager to provide guidance, training, and professional development opportunities to administrative staff
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
  • Conduct periodic audits to assess compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Analyse administrative processes and identify areas for improvement or optimization.

Required Skills and Capabilities

  • Graduate/ Post Graduate in any stream
  • Good understanding of Office Facility, Vendor, Event and Security Management
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information and ability to answer all queries from clients, vendors and employees.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs
  • Experience with administration of IT services/BPO firms is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
