- Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, events, partner programs).
- Manage paid digital channels: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn ads — monitor budgets, bids and performance.
- Create and optimize landing pages, email campaigns and lead-nurture sequences (CRM/marketing automation).
- Produce marketing content: product copy, datasheets, social posts, blog posts, and short video briefs. Coordinate with designers & videographers.
- Support sales enablement: create quote templates, product one-pagers, demo materials, and participate in customer demos/site surveys as needed.
- Track, analyse and report campaign KPIs (CPL, CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS) and recommend optimizations.
- Manage vendor relationships: digital agencies, event vendors, printing, AV partners.
- Coordinate events, webinars and demos (logistics, invites, on-site support).
- Maintain marketing calendar and ensure timely execution and cross-team alignment.
- Ad-hoc support for PR and corporate communications when required.
Must-have skills & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
- 3–5 years marketing experience — B2B / technology / hardware experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with paid digital channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
- Comfortable with analytics (Google Analytics / GA4), basic SQL/Excel pivoting and campaign attribution.
- Experience with CRM/Marketing Automation (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong copywriting skills in English; Urdu copywriting a plus.
- Good presentation skills and ability to prepare materials for senior management and clients.
- Excellent organisational skills; able to manage multiple campaigns and timelines.
- Proactive, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment.
- Ability to travel occasionally to client sites and events.
