Assistant To CEO - Lahore

Job Title: Assistant to CEO

Location: Lahore

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Assistant to CEO to provide administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth execution of executive tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
  • Follow up on tasks and assignments delegated by the CEO.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics when required.
  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.
  • Liaise with departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in project coordination and administrative activities.
  • Perform research and prepare summaries for management review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Location: Lahore
