The Role
  • Conduct sourcing, screening, and selection of staff by developing job postings, utilizing recruitment channels, and conducting initial interviews to ensure the right talent is brought into the organization. • Perform shortlisting and forward CVs to hiring managers, ensuring that only the most suitable candidates are presented for further consideration. • Prepare interview assessments, proposals for employment, and offer letters, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies. • Discuss and negotiate employment offers with candidates, providing clear information on salary, benefits, and job expectations to ensure mutual agreement. • Acquire required onboarding documents and arrange necessary logistics for all new joiners, including preparing workspaces, arranging IT equipment, and organizing orientation sessions. • Assist new employees with contract signing, visa processes, travel, and accommodation for international hires, ensuring compliance with local regulations. • Enter new employee information into the HR system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. • Maintain and file recruitment documentation, ensuring all files are properly archived and easily accessible. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process. • Perform any ad hoc tasks as required based on business needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR recruitment & talent acquisition experience in a corporate set-up • Hands on experience using SAP Success Factor especially RCM module • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices related to talent acquisition & management • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to draft and create Organizational Structures in various software like Visio, PowerPoint etc. • Proven ability to implement and manage effective HR processes and programs • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, data analysis). • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. • Experience with Power BI is an added advantage.
