About the Role

DOSTSOL Global is hiring a confident and results driven B2B Sales Calling Agent to contact international prospects, primarily businesses in the United States.

Our Business Development team will provide leads and prospects. Your responsibility will be to call, engage, qualify, follow up, and book meetings with potential clients.

The main focus will be promoting our Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, BPO, and Outsourcing Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Call leads provided by the Business Development team
• Conduct outbound B2B calls to US businesses
• Speak with business owners and decision makers
• Understand prospect needs and business pain points
• Introduce DOSTSOL Global's outsourcing services
• Handle initial objections professionally
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Qualify genuine business opportunities
• Schedule meetings and discovery calls
• Maintain accurate call and follow up records
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Outbound Calling, B2B Sales, Appointment Setting, Telemarketing, or International Sales preferred
• Experience with US campaigns strongly preferred
• Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills
• Confidence speaking with international clients and decision makers
• Strong objection handling and follow up skills
• Ability to conduct natural business conversations instead of only reading scripts
• Target oriented and comfortable working with KPIs
• Comfortable working onsite during US business hours / night shift

Compensation & Growth

We offer a competitive basic salary plus attractive performance based incentives.

High performing candidates who consistently generate meetings and business opportunities can earn up to PKR 150,000 per month through salary and incentives.

Important

This is a 100% onsite position.

Remote and hybrid working options are not available.

Candidates must be comfortable working a night shift aligned with US business hours.
