We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic B2B Sales Executive to join our BAIC showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong business relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving sales to corporate and fleet clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with corporate clients, leasing companies, government entities, and fleet customers.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with corporate clients in line with company policies.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and update CRM systems regularly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and aftersales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and timely follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B automotive sales, fleet sales, or corporate sales (UAE market experience preferred).
- Strong network and connections with fleet, leasing, and corporate clients is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
