Position Overview
We are seeking a Banking Support Coordinator to oversee and manage daily banking support operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, financial knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams. The Banking Support Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Go2Bank Secure LLC’s reputation for excellence in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate banking support activities including transaction processing, documentation, and compliance.
• Liaise with clients to provide timely assistance and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, contracts, and client communications.
• Support reporting, audits, and resource allocation activities.
• Prepare reports on banking support performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in organizing meetings, audits, and regulatory reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s banking regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in banking support, financial services, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of banking processes, financial documentation, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and banking management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
