To support our expanding Chinese‑speaking client base, we are seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual Real Estate Agent (Chinese & English) to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Chinese‑ and English‑speaking clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and investment properties in Abu Dhabi.
• Provide clear guidance on the UAE real estate market, investment opportunities, and developer offerings.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and manage the full sales or leasing cycle.
• Translate property information, documents, and communication between English and Chinese when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and internal teams.
• Stay updated on market trends, new launches, pricing, and investment hotspots.
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (native or near‑native level) and strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer‑facing roles (UAE real estate experience is an advantage).
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a client‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Positive attitude, motivation, and willingness to grow within the industry.
