We are looking for a Billing and Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring proper control and organization of all company documentation. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Finance:

  • Prepare, issue, and monitor invoices in line with project contracts and timelines.
  • Track payments, reconcile accounts, and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate financial and billing records for audits and reporting.

Document Control:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing documents (contracts, reports, correspondence, etc.).
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date document filing and retrieval system (both electronic and physical).
  • Ensure document versions and revisions are properly tracked.
  • Support project teams with documentation for compliance and quality assurance.
