Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $31.25 – $36/hr.
• Permanent Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000 annually

Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Vaccine Requirement: None

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and technically skilled Billing Data Specialist to support the Out-of-Pocket Expense Rebilling process. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the Out-of-Pocket Expense Rebill process, primarily using Excel.
• Build, update, and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, nested formulas, and IF/THEN logic.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of large data sets before integrating with billing systems.
• Collaborate with Product Solutions and Billing Operations teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline workflows.
• Document processes and support workflow improvements for greater scalability and efficiency.
• Assist with data preparation and integration across multiple platforms and systems.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, nested formulas, data validation, lookups, and conditional logic.
• 2+ years of experience working with large data sets in billing, operations, or a data-driven role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Quick learner who can easily adapt to new systems and processes.
• Billing experience is a plus but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree required (field open).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
