BPO SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We’re looking for motivated Sales Representatives- Healthcare Recruitment to join our team and connect hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations with our recruitment solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to healthcare providers across the U.S.
• Introduce hospitals and clinics to our recruitment services and their benefits.
• Book and close new client accounts consistently.
• Build relationships with HR leaders, healthcare administrators, and HIM managers.
• Track outreach and results in a structured process.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong English communication skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
• Previous experience in healthcare recruitment, HR, or sales is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person.
• Comfortable with high-volume cold calling.
• Onsite availability.
