Job description:

We are looking for a driven Branch Manager to lead our Sialkot Branch, and help us continue to grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve top performance.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to drive business growth.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports, presenting them to senior management.
• Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Meet goals and metrics and report on them regularly to senior management.
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
• Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
• Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Branch Manager, preferably in Skilled / Business Immigration Industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Solid understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
