We are seeking a skilled and motivated Broker to join our dynamic team and help clients navigate the UAE’s fast‑growing real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the buying, selling, and leasing of residential and investment properties.
• Manage the full transaction cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
• Conduct property viewings, market assessments, and client consultations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
• Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, communities, and investment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, leads, and client interactions.
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate professionally at events, exhibitions, and meetings.
• Uphold company standards and ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred; motivated freshers may also be considered.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a client‑centric approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
