Job Title: Business Development Associate
Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore (On-site)
Working Hours:: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

About the Role

Mindwhiz is looking for a Business Development Associate to connect with U.S.-based clients. The role focuses on outreach, relationship building, and generating opportunities for the sales team. If you are confident, persuasive, and enjoy communicating with clients, this role is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls and engage with U.S.-based clients.
• Share information about Mindwhiz services in a clear and professional way.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Schedule appointments or demos with interested clients.
• Record client interactions and follow-up details in CRM systems.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach.
• Achieve weekly performance goals and KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in business development, cold calling, or sales.
• Experience with U.S.-based clients preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written).
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads effectively.
• Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and a team player.
