Plutus21 Partners is seeking a Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is focused on driving growth across both 1to1 Plans and Plutus21 Partners by developing and managing high-value relationships.
The ideal candidate will be a polished and driven professional with excellent communication skills, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to confidently engage with U.S.-based clients. This individual will play a key role in expanding our business through strategic outreach, nurturing partnerships, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Drive business development initiatives for both 1to1 Plans and Plutus21 Partners by identifying and engaging with potential clients and strategic partners.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing U.S. clients.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
Develop and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and handover of clients.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Maintain a structured pipeline and provide regular reporting on outreach efforts, performance, and results.
Represent the company in a professional manner during client calls, meetings, and presentations.
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or client-facing roles, preferably in an international or U.S.-focused market.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with professional-level English fluency.
Strong relationship-building skills with a proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Highly polished, refined, and confident demeanor to represent the firm effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while managing multiple priorities.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication platforms.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach.
