Business Development / Bidding Intern (Onsite – Morning Shift)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Bidding Intern to join our team onsite at Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 2. The primary responsibility will be generating leads and securing projects through freelancing platforms such as PeoplePerHour, Freelancer, Upwork, Guru, etc.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who want hands-on experience in client communication, proposal writing, and business development while building a strong professional portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and identify relevant projects on freelancing platforms
• Write customized, high-converting proposals
• Communicate professionally with international clients
• Follow up with potential leads and maintain response tracking
• Maintain daily bidding reports
• Coordinate with the technical team for project understanding
• Assist in optimizing company profiles and portfolios

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of freelancing platforms (PeoplePerHour, Freelancer, Upwork, etc.)
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of IT services (Web Development, App Development, SEO, Design, etc.) is a plus
• Some prior experience in bidding or lead generation preferred
• Must be punctual and available for onsite 9-hour shift
