Business Development Coordinator

Key Responsibilities


  • Monitor and manage RFP/tender portals on a daily basis to identify relevant opportunities
  • Ensure timely sharing of opportunities with internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate internally with Account Management, Finance, and Operations teams for alignment
  • Support the preparation, documentation, and submission of proposals
  • Maintain accurate records and tracking of all business development activities
  • Follow up on submissions and maintain status updates for all ongoing opportunities
  • Assist in improving internal processes related to business development and proposal management


Key Requirements


  • 2-4 years of experience handling RFPs/tenders
  • Fluency in Arabic is required
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive, organized, and highly responsive
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and processes
