Business Development Executive

• Responsible for prospecting, pitching, and acquiring new Mini Marts.
• Travel across different emirates to onboard and support merchants in person.
• Developing and managing strategic relationships with key partners.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of competitors in the Mini Mart space to identify top-performing stores and onboard them.
• Manage inventory and content health.
• Ensure best in class customer experience through strong merchandising, content and knowledge of customer journey for the category.
• Competitive analysis and benchmarking.
• Weekly reporting and key updates to management on seller statuses.
• Run root cause analyses to provide answers in the occasion of poor store performance.
• Achieve and exceed set targets and KPIs related to onboarding.
