Business Development Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will be skilled in lead generation, sales strategy, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospects
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and sales pitches
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve revenue targets
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Specialist or similar role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
  • Strong time-management and organizational abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with international clients (US/UK markets is a plus)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, IT services, or software sales
  • Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn, and other lead generation platforms
