Business Development Executive

Job Summary

Note: Office Hours (Night shift) 8pm to 5am (Mon to Friday) Sat & Sunday: Off

The BDE will identify and qualify new business opportunities within the US Government and B2B tech/IT hardware sectors. You will hunt for leads and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify potential US agencies and prime contractors using eBuy and other relevant tools.

· Conduct cold outreach via professional email campaigns and LinkedIn/social media to introduce our IT hardware capabilities and GSA Schedule.

· Experience in lead generation (IT Hardware/Software) thru Google Maps, Social Media, Email Campaigns and Phone Call Outreach.

· Qualify incoming leads and move them through the sales funnel, ensuring all CRM data is accurate and up-to-date.

· Monitor US IT hardware trends (e.g., cybersecurity compliance, TAA requirements) to identify high-demand products for the GSA MAS catalog.

· Work closely with the Lahore-based Bid Manager to provide key "capture" intel for upcoming RFPs/RFQs.

Required Qualifications

Education: MBA (Marketing, IT or a related field from an HEC-recognized university).

Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in B2B Business Development or Lead Generation. At least 1 year of experience specifically in the IT Hardware or Software services sector.

· Direct experience working with US-based clients or knowledge of the GSA MAS/Federal procurement landscape is highly preferred.

Essential Skills:

· Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for professional outreach.

· Must be able to work US Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT) to align with US time zones. Monday to Friday (Sat & Sunday Off).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
