Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are hiring for Business Development Executive profile .

Location: Kolkata

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description: We are seeking proactive and self-driven Business Enabler, who can independently manage marketing operations, develop and convert leads, coordinate with internal teams, and provide actionable reporting to senior management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on marketing experience, and the ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Management

· Build and manage a Leads through field outreach, online research, referrals, events, and other lead-generation methods.

· Make outbound calls to prospects, explain services/products, and nurture them through the sales funnel.

· Follow up with leads to drive conversions and maintain accurate lead status.

2. Coordination & Field Support

· Coordinate with field teams, sales staff, and support teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities and customer visits.

· Assist in organizing on-ground marketing events, campaigns, and promotional activities.

· Ensure timely communication between field staff and management.

3. Reporting & Documentation

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation, conversion status, campaign performance, and field activity outcomes.

· Present findings, insights, and action plans to higher management in a clear and structured manner.

Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree, or a related field.

· 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or field operation coordination and Branch Management

· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic reporting formats.

· Must be comfortable with fieldwork and outbound calling.

Compensation

Salary: 2 LPA to 3 LPA in hand

Travelling Allowance: As on Actual
